Here at Best Buy Kitchens we take every care to ensure your kitchen arrives ready to be installed and in great condition. Orders have corner protectors where required, shrink-wrap and are suitably packaged into heavy duty cardboard boxes or pallets.
When you receive your kitchen, you should check you have received the correct number of packages and check for any damage and sign any paperwork accordingly. If the delivery note is not signed as goods being received short/damaged we cannot replace F.O.C. All packaging is part of your delivery and you are responsible for its safe disposal. Please wherever possible recycle.
Home Deliveries
We can deliver direct to your customer’s home. When placing an order, we require your mobile or landline number. This is only in case of delays or difficulties in finding your address. On the day of delivery, please make sure that your are ready for it. By that we mean please make sure there is clear access for vehicles and for porters to carry in your units safely and provide a clear area for them to be stored until needed.

Customer receives pre alert of delivery date. Delivery to business or home. Customer responsible for getting all items into the property.
2 man premium Over The Threshold – (C)
Customer receives pre alert of delivery date. Delivery to business or home address to ground floor room of choice. Allow extra delivery day for this service.

Damages &Claims
Claims must be reported within 5 working days by telephone or email. Please state the original order reference and include the reason for replacements.
Transit damage claims will only be honoured if the delivery note has been clearly signed as DAMAGED, signing unchecked is not acceptable by the carrier..
Please Note
Items that have been drilled, altered, have scratches, dents or corner damage due to lack of care will not be accepted for return.
Replacement items will be processed urgently and will be charged. Your BA Area Sales Manager will arrange to inspect the rejected goods and will advise if a credit is due. BA will only replace like for like products and shall in no way be responsible for any additional consequential costs or losses.
